What the Job Involves As a Fleet Service Advisor, you will collaborate with the Fleet Operations Manager and the workshop supervisor to provide high-quality repairs for the Council's vehicle fleet and equipment. You will handle the scheduling of services, inspections, and MOT appointments, ensuring timely notification for internal customers. You will manage fleet databases for accuracy, liaise with suppliers, and contribute to internal and external audits. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing quality systems, monitoring vehicle maintenance costs, and supporting the development of health and safety procedures and policies.
