The Motor Vehicle Senior Training Advisor will be responsible for:
* Support the Motor Vehicle apprentices as the Motor Vehicle training subject specialist.
* You will plan, deliver and assess Apprentice training
* Support apprentices and employers in the workplace with regular reviews to ensure successful completion of the apprenticeship and EPA (End point Assessment)
* To assist the marketing and development of the Motor Vehicle apprenticeship to industry.
The Motor Vehicle Senior Training Advisor will need to have:
* Teaching qualification - PTLLS or DTLLS or Cert Ed
* Possess an assessing qualification
* Ideally have worked in a lecturer or technician role
* The ability to liaise with staff and people at all levels (internal and external)
* Flexibility and responsiveness to working hours, patterns and arrangements
