What You’ll Do:
* Support course operations: scheduling, materials, venues, and travel.
* Assist in course design, prep materials, and occasionally co-deliver training.
* Manage client communications: respond to inquiries, track satisfaction, and follow up.
* Identify gaps, suggest improvements, and take projects from start to finish.
