Role Overview

Oscar Enterprise have partnered up with a successful, high-growth SaaS company that serves retailers in the outdoor, equestrian and cycle industries. Providing a powerful suite of products and services that help small independents thrive, despite tough competition from online giants. You will directly report to the Team Leader and successfully manage the accounts. As an Account Manager, working within the Success Team, you will play a crucial role in empowering retailers to achieve success with the clients' products and services. This dynamic role blends account management, customer sales, and consultancy.

Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers within your extensive portfolio.
* Create and update training materials to facilitate product adoption including conducting regular account reviews to assess needs and provide solutions.
* Engage with prospects and clients, building a robust pipeline across a range of opportunities.
* Manage multiple complex sales processes, from identification to successful closure.
* Articulate the value of the solutions in comparison to competitive products.
* Assume responsibility for the overall territory and execute a strategic go-to-market plan.
* Build deeper, more strategic, and sustainable relationships with existing customers.

The Requirements

* Proven ability to maintain and develop positive client relationships over time.
* Talented consultative salesperson, continuously seeking new opportunities with existing clients.
* 3+ years experience in SaaS Sales as an Account Manager, hitting targets + KPI’s.
* Quick to adapt to new software such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Google Analytics and Ads, and Cloud POS.
* Willingness to travel between offices and to visit customers.
