IT Support Hub Analyst
Location: Solihull
Officed based, permanent, offering up to 35k
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert technical support for commissioning, maintenance, and reactive service of CCTV systems.
* Assist field technicians during installation and troubleshooting, in alignment with business strategies.
* Ensure full customer satisfaction through effective support processes, monitoring, and documentation.
* Download and share CCTV footage for investigative purposes.
* Conduct remote diagnostics and CCTV health checks.
* Offer remote support to triage reactive call-outs.
* Resolve faults remotely wherever possible.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong technical knowledge in electronic security systems, particularly CCTV.
* Experience in remote diagnostics and technical support.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* A proactive, customer-focused approach with high attention to detail.
