We're hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our Belfast team. This is a full 360 recruitment role combining business development, client management and candidate delivery, ideal for someone commercially focused and motivated by earnings. The Role You will: Generate new business and develop client relationships Manage vacancies from brief to placement Meet and exceed sales and gross profit targets Source, screen and shortlist candidates Conduct client meetings and site visits Negotiate fees, offers and terms of business Build talent pipelines and maintain CRM accuracy Deliver a high-quality, compliant recruitment service This is a consultative sales role where resilience, organisation and commercial awareness are essential.
