ServiceNow Technical Architect - Senior Manager

About the role
Join Accenture's ServiceNow Business Group to design and deliver enterprise ServiceNow solutions, leading cross‑functional teams and driving innovation for clients worldwide.
Responsibilities
* Architect and deliver ServiceNow solutions that address business challenges.
* Provide technical guidance and governance as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
* Lead, mentor and manage teams of ServiceNow developers, ensuring quality through code and architectural reviews.
* Identify opportunities to extend value for clients and collaborate with ServiceNow account teams.
* Maintain awareness of new industry trends and ServiceNow capabilities, including AI and GenAI.
Required skills & experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience leading ServiceNow development teams in a technical architecture role.
* Certifications: Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and at least 5+ ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
* Deep knowledge of ServiceNow development, scripting (JavaScript, SQL) and integration (API, Web Services).
* Experience across multiple ServiceNow product lines (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HR, CSM, etc.).
* Experience operating as a Technical Design Authority and demonstrating trusted advisory skills.
* Scripting and integration expertise; ability to integrate ServiceNow with AWS, Azure or GCP.
* Cloud migration experience (preferred) and GenAI experience (preferred).
* ITIL v4 or equivalent certification (preferred).
* SC clearance desirable or ability to obtain required clearance.
