We are looking for a IoT Operations Administrator either on a internal secondment or FTC basis to cover maternity leave.
You’ll play a key role in managing the lifecycle of our IoT hardware, from production and logistics to installation and go-live. You’ll coordinate site surveys, organise project meetings, manage stock, and support procurement, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule. Your work will keep our technology performing at its best while supporting both internal teams and client communications.
What you'll be doing day to day
* Overall administration of site surveys for IoT installations, communicating back to stakeholders
* Support the procurement process of the Bills of Materials (BOM) and delivery to the businesses preferred partner
* Support the process of stock management, including storage and logistics of the Mindsett Hardware
* Continually monitor the up time of all Mindsett Hardware in the market, support the monitoring and resolution of any issues
* Monitor and manage the installation plans via project management software
* Assist in the creation, organisation, and scheduling of client communications
* Ad-hoc reporting as and when required
