Nursing Home Manager | West Yorkshire
Salary: £80,000 + £10,000 performance bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week

Are you an experienced Registered Nursing Home Manager with a strong track record of CQC compliance and occupancy performance? Our client is a well-regarded care provider with an excellent regional reputation, looking to appoint a confident and commercially minded Home Manager to lead their large nursing home in West Yorkshire. This is a well-supported role with genuine autonomy and a compelling package for the right candidate.
ABOUT THE ROLE As Registered Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the leadership, quality and operational performance of the home. You'll work to maintain and build on strong CQC standards, drive occupancy growth, manage relationships with local authority commissioners and lead a dedicated care team to deliver outstanding person-centred care. This is a role that calls for both strong clinical governance and sharp commercial awareness.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Taking full registered management responsibility for the home, including CQC compliance and regulatory standards
* Leading and developing the staff team, embedding a culture of quality, accountability and compassion
* Managing and growing occupancy through strong relationships with local authority and other referral sources
* Overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations, financial performance and care quality
* Ensuring robust governance, safeguarding and risk management processes are in place
* Acting as a visible, credible leader who inspires confidence in staff, residents and families alike
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Proven experience as a Registered Home Manager within a nursing home setting
* A strong track record of achieving and maintaining Good CQC ratings
* Experience managing a large service and working with local authority commissioners
* Excellent leadership, people management and communication skills
* Commercial awareness and the ability to drive occupancy while maintaining quality
* Current or eligible CQC registration as Registered Manager
