We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team in Thornbury, delivering person-centred care across residential, dementia, and respite services.
Our care is thoughtfully tailored to each individual, offering a supportive and inclusive environment where residents feel safe, respected, and engaged. From personalised care plans to enriching daily routines, we focus on dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care
* Build positive relationships with residents, families, and professionals
* Ensure care plans are followed and regularly reviewed
* Support with personal care, medication, and daily living activities
* Promote a safe, nurturing environment for all residents
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a care or support role
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Good verbal and written communication is essential
* Must be computer literate and confident using digital care systems
* Empathetic, proactive, and committed to person-centred care
* Flexibility to work day or night shifts, including weekends
