Role Overview:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take full ownership of subcontract packages, including:
Assessing applications for payment, valuations, and final accounts
Managing change control and commercial risk
Working closely with site teams, project managers, and the client
Ensuring compliance with contract requirements and company procedures
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor or subcontractor
Proven experience on heavy civils projects in rail, highways, water, or energy sectors
Strong subcontractor and supply chain management experience
Knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial procedures
