We’re thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of Bill’s at Heathrow Terminal 2, Known for its vibrant atmosphere and fresh, seasonal dishes, Bill’s is the perfect spot for travellers looking for a memorable pre-flight experience Bills are looking for a vibrant, passionate, and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to help drive exceptional guest experiences from day one at our brand- new Heathrow Terminal 2 restaurant.
Responsibilities: In this hands-on role, you'll greet guests with a warm welcome, shake up cocktails behind the bar and deliver standout service at the table. You'll go the extra mile to make every visit memorable, bringing personality, passion and positivity to every shift. As part of a high energy team, you'll help create a buzzing, welcoming atmosphere and contribute to smooth, efficient service throughout the day.

About You
The right candidate will:
5. Warm, welcoming personality with a passion for hospitality and going the extra mile
6. A strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
7. The ability to stay upbeat, organised and efficient in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
8. Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or bartending (depending on the role)
9. A love for food, drink, and creating a memorable guest experience that exceed expectations
10. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.
