Job Description
As a New Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to grow our customer base and deliver value to UK businesses. This is a fast-paced, desk-based role focused on generating new business through outbound calls and managing warm leads.
Salary: £40,000 OTE (including £25,000 basic) – uncapped commission
Location: Nelson (5 days office-based)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Your key responsibilities include:
* Generating new business via cold calling and lead follow-up
* Building client relationships and delivering tailored sales solutions
* Managing your sales pipeline to meet revenue and KPI targets
* Identifying decision-makers and initiating contact
* Maintaining records in CRM systems
* Receiving coaching to improve performance
This role offers uncapped commissions and clear progression in a high-performance environment.
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
* Experience in sales or business development (B2B experience is a plus)
* Confident communicator with excellent phone and written skills
* Ability to build and manage client relationships professionally
* Thrives in a target-driven environment
