Maintenance Scheduler/Planner
Position: Full-time
Hours: 07:30-17:00, Monday to Friday
Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 DOE
Annual Leave: 22 days + Bank Holidays
The Maintenance Scheduler will play a vital role in supporting the management team by ensuring scheduling, planning, and administrative tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. This office-based role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency in documentation management.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties:
Manage and schedule reactive jobs to meet target SLA response times.
Coordinate site access and verify that requested work can be performed.
Prioritise urgent jobs to maintain client satisfaction and meet KPI targets.
Optimise engineer travel routes to minimise fuel costs and travel time, enhancing productivity.
Review engineers worksheets upon job completion.
Update client CAFM portals with accurate ETAs, appointment bookings, descriptions, and workflow status.
Respond to internal office staff calls within three rings and provide support as needed.
Answer calls from engineers within three rings and offer assistance.
Handle client calls within three rings and provide necessary support.
Ensure engineers arrive on-site at the scheduled time and call in when finishing jobs early.
