Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of complex Data Centre projects for global corporations. You will manage multiple sites, ensuring high-tech engineering solutions are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee schedules, budgets, and KPIs across multiple sites.
Enforce EHS standards and permit-to-work systems.
Act as the primary lead for client relations and technical escalations.
Empower site teams, manage subcontractor performance, and lead rigorous project audits.
Plan procurement and ensure engineering specifications meet strict deadlines.
Senior Project Manager Key Requirements:
5+ years of managing large construction projects as a General Contractor.
Thorough knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical packages
Flexibility in working patterns where necessary.
PM certification or a relevant trade background.
Strong vendor management, risk assessment, and technical communication.
