We’re partnering with a leading organisation in the professional services sector to appoint a Technology Innovation Manager.
This is a newly opened role, designed for a technically strong and strategically minded professional to drive the scaling and adoption of AI and emerging technologies across a highly regulated environment.
As Technology Innovation Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of innovation, architecture, and delivery — turning great ideas into scalable, real-world solutions.
Working closely with senior technology leaders (reporting to the CIO), you’ll oversee pilot programmes, evaluate emerging tools (including AI and automation platforms such as Microsoft Co-pilot), and shape the firm’s approach to digital innovation.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both hands-on solution architecture and strategic influence, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of AI and innovation initiatives from prototype through to firm-wide deployment.
* Collaborate with the CIO, Head of Data & Architecture, and Innovation teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
* Act as the technical lead on AI and automation pilots, driving agile delivery and scalable adoption.
* Partner with vendors and internal teams to assess, implement, and integrate emerging technologies securely and effectively.
* Shape the innovation roadmap, establishing repeatable frameworks for experimentation and deployment.
* Ensure compliance with relevant data protection, governance, and security standards (e.g. ISO 27001, AI governance).
What We’re Looking For
* Strong technical grounding in AI, machine learning, and solution architecture.
* Experience implementing or scaling AI tools such as Copilot, LLM integrations, or automation platforms.
* Proven ability to deliver technology solutions in complex, regulated industries (legal, financial services, or similar).
* End-to-end solution architecture experience, from ideation to implementation.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to translate tech into tangible business outcomes.
* Engineering or architectural background preferred.
* Vendor management and delivery oversight experience beneficial.
