Are you an experienced Joiner with a passion for quality craftsmanship and a wide-ranging skill set? We're looking for a Fully Qualified Joiner to join our dedicated team and deliver high-standard carpentry and joinery works across a variety of domestic and commercial projects.
Role Overview:
As a Fully Qualified Joiner, you will be responsible for carrying out a broad range of joinery tasks, including structural works, internal and external finishes, and high-end installations. You'll play a key role in delivering safe, functional, and visually appealing results on every job.
Key Responsibilities:
* Construct and install roof structures and joists to specification
* Carry out exterior joinery works, including fascias, soffits, and cladding
* Perform first and second fix carpentry, including stud walls, skirting, architraves, and more
* Install kitchens to a high standard, ensuring fit and finish meets client expectations
* Lay hardwood and laminate flooring, with attention to detail and durability
* Fit internal doors, including fire doors to full compliance standards
* Install external doors and windows, ensuring weatherproofing and security
* Work independently or as part of a team on both new build and renovation projects
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment on all job sites
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry and Joinery (or equivalent)
* Proven experience across a wide range of joinery disciplines
* Ability to read and work from technical drawings and specifications
* Strong knowledge of building regulations and best practices
* Experience with fire door fitting and compliance (preferred)
* Own tools and full UK driving licence
* Company van and fuel card provided
* Good communication and time management skills
* CSCS card (preferred)
