Accounts Payable Supervisor| Up to £35,000 | Liverpool
We are recruiting for a successful construction business that is growing year on year, at the forefront of the property management and building sector in the North West with many visible, current projects and builds.
As Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
* Overseeing the purchase ledger function of the business and a member of the team
* Managing accounts payable invoices and reconciling supplier accounts
* Processing payments and receipts
* Carrying out weekly payment runs
* Dealing with any queries
* Reconciliation and coding of invoices, as well as key subcontractor accounts
* Liaising with sub-contractors to ensure compliance with CIS/VAT regulations
* Calculating, submitting and reconciling CIS payments, as well as verification of CIS supplier status
* Preparing reports and analysis
For this role, you must have:
* Significant experience working in accounts payable
* Construction industry experience and knowledge of CIS
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to tight deadlines
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
* Strong Excel experience
As Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will get:
