Primary Teacher - Year 5
Richmond, South West London Start Date: After February Half Term
A welcoming and high-achieving primary school in Richmond is seeking an enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher to join their team from after February half term. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a well-behaved, motivated KS2 class in a supportive and collaborative school environment.
The Role
* Full-time Year 5 class teacher position
* Planning and delivering engaging, challenging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
* Supporting pupils' academic progress and personal development
* Working closely with experienced teaching assistants and KS2 phase leaders
* Contributing positively to the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds UK QTS
* Experience teaching in KS2 (Year 5 experience desirable but not essential)
* Strong understanding of upper KS2 curriculum and assessment
* Confident, positive classroom presence
* Committed, reliable and a strong team player
