Service Engineer
Location: Based in Sudbury. Please note it will be covering nationwide.

Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Service Engineer on behalf of a well-established and respected national company specialising in the manufacture, supply, and servicing of mobility products. Main Purpose of the Role
To provide a professional and reliable field-based service, carrying out repairs, maintenance, and deliveries of mobility equipment at customer locations, ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer care at all times.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Service, diagnose, and repair mobility scooters and associated equipment
* Carry out routine maintenance and safety checks
* Deliver and install products for customers
* Provide a professional, friendly, and customer-focused service
* Maintain accurate records of all work carried out
Additional Responsibilities
* Travel to various customer locations as required
* Manage workload effectively and work independently
* Ensure company equipment and vehicles are maintained appropriately
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
* Practical, hands-on skills (mechanical or electrical experience advantageous)
* Strong problem-solving ability
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Flexible and adaptable approach to work
* Positive, can-do attitude
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
Working Pattern & Benefits
* Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (early starts with earlier finishes, often early afternoon; hours may vary depending on schedules)
