Overview
An established and well regarded property management business in Evesham is looking to appoint a Block Manager to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with residential block management experience who is looking for a stable, supportive environment with the flexibility of hybrid working once you are fully up to speed.
You will be responsible for managing a residential block portfolio, building strong relationships with leaseholders, contractors and freeholders while ensuring high standards of service, compliance and financial control.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of residential blocks
Acting as the main point of contact for leaseholders, residents and clients
Organising site visits and contractor works
Overseeing health and safety and building compliance
Managing service charge budgets and expenditure
Issuing Section 20 notices where required
Working closely with accounts and senior management
Attending meetings and supporting AGMs when needed

Previous experience in residential block or property management
