This is a 'hands-on' managerial role, running your own desk, which enables personal and team bonus and supporting/recruiting a small team

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in business support recruitment or as a Recruitment Manager.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Excellent business acumen with experience in P&L management.
* Proficient in setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
