HSEQ Coordinator (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality)
Location: Alloa
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
A well-established and reputable engineering/manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced HSEQ Coordinator to support and enhance its health, safety, environmental, and quality performance. This is a key role focused on ensuring compliance, driving best practice, and supporting continuous improvement across the site.
The Role:
Maintain and improve HSEQ management systems in line with industry standards
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and quality legislation
Lead and conduct internal and external audits
Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
Support and drive a strong safety culture across the organisation
Deliver training and guidance on HSEQ policies and procedures
Liaise with external bodies and support certification processesRequirements:
Proven experience in an HSEQ-focused role within engineering or manufacturing
NEBOSH qualification (essential)
ISO Lead Auditor certification (essential)
Strong knowledge of HSEQ systems, standards, and legislation
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
