We have a great opportunity for an experienced compensation and reward specialist to join our Human Resources team as our Head of Reward. We are open to this role being based in either our London or Birmingham office. As Head of Reward, you will work closely with the HR Director in developing and implementing the firm's compensation and benefits strategy. You will focus on attracting, retaining, and motivating talent through competitive and equitable reward programs.
Responsibilities
* Manage salary structures, bonus schemes, and benefits packages.
* Oversee the annual pay review process.
* Manage the Total Reward budget.
* Lead two direct reports: Senior Compensation Specialist and Benefits Specialist.
Qualifications
* Deep expertise in reward principles and practices across compensation, benefits, and performance management.
* Proven ability to inspire and guide teams and set clear priorities.
* Excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
* Data-driven mindset to uncover insights and shape strategic recommendations.
* Experience within a partnership structure or the legal industry is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of international reward practices, particularly in Europe and the UAE, is a strong advantage.
* Demonstrated passion and curiosity to expand global expertise.
