We're seeking an experienced Asset & IT Financial Management (ITFM) Manager to take ownership of IT asset life cycle management, financial control, and supplier governance across a complex enterprise environment. This is a hands-on role ensuring quality, accuracy, and transparency of IT assets and associated financial processes.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of IT Asset Management, IT Financial Management, and Supplier Management expertise, alongside strong analytical and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives:
1. Oversee the full life cycle of IT assets (hardware and software) from acquisition through to retirement, ensuring compliance with internal processes and governance.
2. Manage and maintain accurate records of IT inventory, licences, warranties, and service agreements.
3. Ensure financial accuracy across IT cost allocations, recharges, and budget submissions (monthly, quarterly, annually).
