Senior Comms Assistant - Brand Assets
Worcester based with a balance of home and office working
£16,512 per year (pro rata)
21 hours per week
Temporary position for up to 9 months
We have an opportunity for a Senior Comms Assistant - Brand Assets to join our Communications team, based in Worcester. The Communications team is made up of around 30 people who are managing brand strategy, digital, regional, internal, corporate, and strategic communications. The team produces a wide range of material to promote Sanctuary, and its subsidiary brands, to its key stakeholders.
The role of Senior Comms Assistant - Brand Assets will include:
* Being responsible for the organisation of our brand assets - including photographs, icons and video footage - and the digital asset management system they are stored in
* Uploading new assets, adding metadata and tagging where assets are used, and monitoring use of ResourceSpace to make sure it's being used correctly
* Ensuring that the correct consent is stored for images, and working with teams to keep consent forms up to date
* Assisting with general admin tasks for the wider team, including raising purchase orders, arranging photo shoots, liaising with photographers, and monitoring the Communications inbox
Skills and experiences:
* Experience of working with digital asset management systems
* Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
* Experience analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions
* Excellent organisational and planning skills
* Ability to stay calm and constructive in meeting tight deadlines

The full time equivalent salary for this role is £27,521 per annum based on 35 hours per week
