Trainee Escalator Engineer – London
Responsibilities
* Work alongside a qualified Escalator Engineer
* Study towards completing your NVQ Level 3
* Help towards completing your Escalator NVQ
* Get involved with planning of engineering works
* Work efficiently and in a safe manner in accordance with all Health and Safety guidelines
* Stay overnight as and when required
* Liaise directly with the customer whilst on site and build a good working relationship
Qualifications
* Train towards completing your NVQ Level 3
* Develop all‑round knowledge of escalator equipment and be able to work independently, applying escalator engineering principles
* Demonstrable background in Engineering (NVQ, BTEC or similar) or Lift/Escalator Mates / Improvers wishing to gain their NVQ Level 3
