About Us
Allergy Therapeutics is a market-leading, pioneering immunology company specializing in allergy treatments research and development.
We focus on treating the cause rather than managing symptoms, with aluminium-free vaccines that are designed for convenience and increased adherence.
Our adjuvant technologies enhance allergy immunotherapy results and have applications in cancer and infectious diseases.
We are a passionate team committed to growth and innovation in immunology.
As we expand, we invite you to join us and contribute to our ongoing success and bright future.
Join a team of dedicated professionals committed to positive patient outcomes.
We are seeking an Intellectual Property & Patent Clerk responsible for managing key documentation supporting the R&D product lifecycle, including patent protection, data integrity for external use, and scientific, regulatory, and commercial data.
About You
You should have experience with Intellectual Property systems and processes, pharmaceutical product development, and routes to regulatory approvals such as CTA, MAA, or BLA.
A degree in life sciences, engineering, or business administration is required; additional qualifications in Project Management are beneficial but not essential.
You must be a confident communicator, capable of working with stakeholders at all levels internally and externally, preferably with experience in a matrix organization.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the development and management of the company's IP strategy in R&D
* Managing communications with external counsel regarding IP matters
* Reviewing scientific and regulatory communications to ensure confidentiality
* Analyzing competitor IP, conducting due diligence, and providing freedom-to-operate opinions
* Facilitating cross-functional collaboration to advance product development and secure future IP
* Working with project sponsors and R&D project managers to incorporate IP considerations into project plans
* Monitoring project progress, ensuring milestones and budgets are met
* Tracking project risks, issues, and decisions for escalation
* Leading internal and external communications, organizing meetings, recording minutes, and tracking action items
* Participating in the development and application of R&D project management systems and tools
* Engaging as an active member of the R&D Project Management team and supporting training initiatives
This is a remote role, with a salary up to £45,000 per annum
