Accounts administrator / book keeper required to join a manufacturing company in Nottingham. This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience using Sage software and is confident with accounts duties.
Your day to day will include:
•Assisting in the preparation of Management Accounts
•Completing all aspects of book keeping including invoicing, payroll and purchase ledger control
•Using Sage accounts
•Processing payments and P45’s
•Assisting with HR duties
•Raising and sending invoices to clients
•Maintaining records accurately
•General administration duties such as filing, shredding and scanning
•Sending and responding to emails from clients
We would like to hear from you if you have:
•Experience using Sage Accounting
•Previous experience as a book keeper
