The Role
1. Be the first telephone point of contact for customers requiring advice on Car Parts.
2. Give excellent service enquiring about specialist parts and delivery times etc.
3. Check in car parts against delivery notes ensuring goods are not damaged.
4. Promptly locate in appropriate storage area.
5. Monitor levels of stock to include returns.
6. Keep the computer inventory system up to date.
The Candidate
You will ideally come from an automotive background having experience as a parts advisor or similar role. As a first point of contact you will have excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
You will also and ideally be computer literate, used to using specialist automotive parts systems and data base packages.
If you work or have worked in other technical call centre operative types of roles you will also be considered.
