We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to be based at our Tewkesbury service centre!
Your official role title would be Deployment Centre Agent, and you would be responsible for:
* Completing general administration to support the Supervisor and the wider team, ensuring compliance on all documentation.
* Providing help and support to internal colleagues and customers.
* Ensuring the efficient running of the scheduling system, making amendments where needed, and communicating these changes with the team and customers affected.
* Providing operational information and feedback to relevant management teams.
* Controlling and replenishing the consumable stocks for the relevant area.
* Ensuring Health and Safety processes are adhered to at all times.
* Performing any other ad-hoc duties as requested or advised by the Deployment Centre Supervisor or Area Service Manager.
Qualifications
* The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and via telephone.
* A good level of competence in planning and organizing own workload.
* A flexible approach to work demands.
* A proactive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to work independently.
