Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, this you will be responsible for the daily operation of the onsite Accommodation at Thorpe Park. You will liaise with Housekeeping F&B and all Zone 1 Departments to ensure guests staying overnight have a great stay with us, you will directly manage Day and Night Accommodation hosts and support there development. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily Accommodation Operation runs smoothly You will ensure the department is performing in line with park KPI and budgets along with ensuring the departments are adequately resourced and are able to operate to the best of their ability. You will ensure that departments operate to merlin policy, guidelines and standards.
