1. Deliver Army Music capability to The Army, Defence and the Nation as tasked by 38 (Irish) Bde/ JMC NI and LonDist and in line with current Defence Aims and Priorities 2. Provide the leadership, executive management and musical management of an establishment of Army Reserve Musicians under 38 (Irish) Bde/ JMC NI direction. 3. Act as 1RO as agreed. 4. Provide career management advice to LMs of all Band SP. 5. In liaison with RMSM, enable, train and plan for all Band SP to undertake technical training and assessment iaw RMSM CEQ policy 6. Liaise with PSI to confirm maintenance of musical training and standards of the Band in accordance with HQ RCAM assurance policies and ARMS executive reports– especially wrt SHEF, Delivery Risk Management, in particular hearing health. 7. Attend Unit / RCAM Regional DOM briefings to maintain engagement at Unit level / with other Reg/Res Bands along with all Unit SUCs / ARes DOMs/BMs. 8. Provide advice to JMC NI on all musical matters and support JMC NI Units using music in support of the ATTRACT element in their Engagement programs.
