Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently recruiting for a Property Manager to join one of our Bristol based clients to act as the strategic link between departments taking a lead role in advising on all aspects of property asset management.
Daily duties of the Property Manager:
* Maximise property performance through rationalisation, cost reduction and compliance with relevant property legislation
* Work closely with the senior management team and strategic leads in services to develop service asset management plans
* Assess assets in terms of suitability and sufficiency to ensure the needs of service users are met
* Provide professional advice on all aspects of property use and occupation including the scoping and delivery of specific property projects
Essential requirements of the Property Manager:
* Experience of providing pro-active property management
* Previously worked within Social Housing
* Experienced in carrying out property inspections
