Waiter/waitress
Here at Maggie Fu we are recruiting for experienced floor staff to help deliver excellent service in a very busy independent Asian restaurant.
The primary responsibilities of a waiter include:
Greeting and escorting customers to their table
Providing detailed information on menu items and recommending dishes
Running food from the pass
Arranging table settings and maintaining a tidy dining area
Running drinks from the bar
Communicating with your fellow team members to prioritise tasks
Must have proven experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Must be able to pay attention to detail and have awareness of what is going on around them
Active listening and effective communication skills
Ability to multi-task and maintain an organised environment
