Job Management: Own the entire process from booking and quoting chargeable works to allocating jobs to engineers and subcontractors.
Operational Excellence: Support delivery, close jobs, and handle invoicing efficiently.
Commercial Focus: Use AI-powered tools to quote and maximise profitability on every job.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside a vibrant team of Account Managers, Helpdesk Administrators, and an Operations Manager.What's in it for you?

Essential:
Commercially minded & revenue-focused
Confident in customer interactions
Experience in reactive maintenance or facilities management
Comfortable with tech and automation
