We are currently seeking a conscientious, professional and diligent Linkperson to join our Guest Services team team.

The on target earning potential for this role is £14.77 / per hour - comprising a base hourly rate of £12.27, plus a qualified estimate of £2.50 per hour in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards.

Your working pattern for this role will be 24 hours per week, across 3 days.

Heres a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
Youll take huge pride in ensuring every guest is welcomed warmly; based externally, mainly at our Front Door, with responsibility to ensure safe loading and unloading of all our guest luggage from their vehicles
Offering and supporting with valet parking of guests cars to the main hotel carpark.
Engaging with building full knowledge of estate offerings and facilities; demonstrating a complete understanding of the hotels policies, procedures and service standards
Showing empathy and respect for all of your team members, ensuring an effective and efficient handover of outstanding business to the next team
Youll maintain great organisation of the hotels main drive; ensuring vehicles are parked safely and securely.
Youll be an early bird some days and a night owl others, working flexibly during the week and weekends
Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way
The kind of person were looking for:
Ideally, youre currently established or have had experience in a similar role; you also have a clean driving license, essential for this role.
Your attitude and approach are always fresh; no matter how many times an issue has been presented to you, to your guest its the first time
You intuitively read people, anticipating, and fulfilling the expectations of our guests; always warm, thoughtful, professional, and well groomed, you play your part in ensuring luxury service is our signature.
Greeting each guest warmly by name, taking time to really listen and understand their individual needs, always exceeding their expectations, are all second nature to you
Actively promoting the resort, youll constantly look for opportunities to always enhance the guest experience.
Taking great pride in all that you do, you know your contribution is critical for both our guest and your team member experiences; reliable and seeks to consistently complete any task to the highest of standards and efficiently
You maintain a high standard of personal presentation through very particular grooming, presenting a professional and organised working environment at all times
Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; youre passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
You have a positive "can do" attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; youre well organised and punctual
You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and above all has fun along the way
