The main functions of this position are management of the Claims Analysts team, strategic focus for North American claims, and collaborator management. This is a working manager role that includes analysis and the disposition of claims to be a part of the scope.
* Strategic focus (40%) – continuously assess and refine claims analysis process to improve service and address root causes of issues. Act as functional lead for the team of claims analysts. Liaise with other departments to establish and maintain critical relationships.
* Claims handling and tracking (40%) - collection of distribution claims and investigation with relevant parties (carriers, warehouses, customers) and process owners (market operations, distribution teams, finance). Handle claims process with relevant suppliers.
* Reporting and analysis (20%) - develop and maintain accurate and concise reporting which provides key information for corrective action by process owners.
Play your part in the Team Exceeding
The objective of the Operations team within supply chain is to function as a service provider to both internal and external customers by being the main contact for operational/tactical issues. This may involve distribution, transportation, or claims.
Do you have what it takes?
* Proficient experience in Distribution, Logistics, or Claims Management. Previous claims management experience is preferred.
* Ability to be flexible and to manage multiple priorities while still achieving agreed upon deadlines
* Ability to role model high-performing behavior, both as an individual and part of a team
* Ability to demonstrate drive and curiosity
* Demonstrated ability to successfully work both independently and in team environment
* Self-motivated and highly organized with ability to work well in a dynamic, fast paced environment
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (primarily Excel and Word)
* BS Degree or equivalent experience is advantageous.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $120, $181,246.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
