The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of family law matters including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, care proceedings, and non-molestation orders.
* Represent clients at hearings and work closely with counsel and external agencies.
* Provide clear, compassionate legal advice tailored to each client's needs.
* Contribute to the growth and development of the Family Law department.
* Support and collaborate with colleagues across the wider team.
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor (all levels of PQE considered).
* A genuine interest in family law and a commitment to client care.
* Ability to manage cases with appropriate support depending on experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ambition to grow within the role, with potential to lead the department long-term.
