Overview
The postholder will provide a range of evidence-based low intensity psychological interventions within the framework of the national NHS England Talking Therapies programme as part of the Impact on Teesside NHS Talking Therapies service. They will also work within Impact's duty team where they will offer assessment and support to patients referred into the service. The postholder will work as part of the Impact team in clinical practice for a minimum of 3 days across the week whilst attending the PWP training programme. This position may require flexible hours between 8am until 8pm weekdays. Successful applicants will be employed by Alliance Psychological Services. This post requires face-to-face work across the Teesside locality including attendance in person at Teesside University. All applicants must demonstrate the full right to work in the UK. We are unfortunately unable to offer UK visa sponsorship for these posts. An enhanced criminal records disclosure will be sought in the event of a successful application.
Responsibilities
* Provide a range of evidence-based low intensity psychological interventions within the Talking Therapies framework.
* Work within the Impact on Teesside Duty Team to offer assessments and support to referred patients.
* Join the Impact team in clinical practice for a minimum of 3 days per week while undertaking the PWP training programme.
* Undertake face-to-face work across the Teesside locality, including attendance at Teesside University.
* Adhere to flexible hours between 8am and 8pm on weekdays as required.

* Willingness to participate in PWP training and to work in a duty/clinical role within the NHS Talking Therapies framework.
