Senior Architectural Technologist Job in Bermondsey, London

Role & Responsibilities
1. Assist with daily support in the use of Revit as well as providing technical knowledge to help deliver projects to various RIBA stages of work
2. To work closely with the practices Head of BIM and collaborate with other BIM teams in other studios
3. Day to day support for Revit/AutoCAD applications
4. Audit and compliance with standards; especially contractual Level/Stage 2 BIM requirements
5. Maintaining the project BIM Execution Plan, Master Information Delivery Plan, etc
6. Provide support around model management including BIM planning, collaboration, and coordination
7. Support in maintaining, issuing, and federation of stakeholder’s model
8. Coordination and Clash Detection Meetings with Design Team.
Required Skills & Experience
9. Chartered Architectural Technologist
10. Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks and MS Office skills are essential, Twinmotion skills are desirable
11. Candidates with a BIM certification would be advantageous
12. Candidates should be able to demonstrate full working knowledge of UK BIM standards including BS EN ISO 19650 suite along with associated standards, PAS & BS 1192 suite of standards along with delivery of Government Softa Landings using COBie
13. Excellent technical skills and have experience in delivering projects throughout all project stages
14. Strong understanding of the UK building and planning regulations
15. Proven experience across all RIBA stages
16. Must be eligible to work in the UK.
