Bridge Veterinary Group is a thriving Small Animal practice located in Blackwood, Gwent, Wales. Blackwood lies close to the M4 and the A465, offering excellent road links to Cardiff, Newport, and the West Midlands, while also providing stunning natural beauty with the Brecon Beacons nearby.
At Bridge Veterinary Group you will join an experienced team of nine veterinarians and a reliable, skilled nursing team, working closely together to provide exceptional patient care. Most cases are treated in‑house, giving you hands‑on experience across a wide range of conditions.
You will work 40 hours per week. Our full‑time veterinarians work a 4‑day week between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm, with a Saturday morning clinic. We do not work out‑of‑hours or on bank holidays.
You will be supported by two experienced Clinical Directors, one of whom has a certificate in Medicine and works alongside our other veterinarians on rota. This provides a strong support network for new graduates, many of whom have remained with the practice after completing their academy period.
