Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the management, training, and development of the project's commercial resources.
* Preparation and management of the project budget.
* Procurement of subcontractors and agreement of subcontract conditions.
* Commercial control of subcontract packages.
* Value and agree on the cost of any variations.
* Prepare monthly reports on cost, value, and reconciliation for each assigned project.
* Estimate build-up costs for each work element, including labor and materials, and source quotations where applicable.
* Liaise with purchasing for specialist providers.
* Attend internal hand-over meetings.
* Provide feedback to Business Development regarding tender values versus actual costs.
* Maintain working relationships with clients and the project team.
* Provide contractual advice to the Project Manager.
* Undertake any other duties and projects within the individual's knowledge, experience, or competency.
