Job Title: Sales Engineer
Location: St. Helens, England
At Saint-Gobain Performance Ceramics & Refractories, we are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our Waste to Energy and Foundry team. Your role will involve helping us expand our market presence by identifying and engaging with new and existing customers across the UK.
About Us: Performance Ceramics & Refractories leads in providing high-performing ceramic solutions and innovative refractory products to our customers.
Role Overview: This is a varied, field-based role requiring on-site customer engagement, technical advising, and application support. Candidates must hold a full UK driving license, as the role covers most of the UK.
What We're Looking For:
* Ability to make technical recommendations across our PCR range
* Strong sales and relationship-building skills
* Willingness to travel and meet customers face-to-face
* Recent graduate in materials science, chemical engineering, ceramics engineering, or 1-2 years of relevant technical sales experience
Key Responsibilities:
* Sell our solutions, including ceramics, waste to energy, foundry, filtration, etc.
* Develop new business and maintain relationships with existing clients
* Provide on-site technical support during installations
