Salary: from £60,000 per annum + benefits

We are working in exclusive partnership with a children's therapeutic residential care provider to recruit an Operations Manager for their growing services across the North West.
The Opportunity
As Operations Manager, you will provide strategic and operational oversight across a group of children's residential homes, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and performance. You will play a pivotal role in driving quality, supporting Registered Managers, and contributing to the organisation's continued development and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and performance management to Registered Managers
* Drive compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Regulations
* Monitor and improve quality standards across services
* Lead on safeguarding, risk management, and continuous improvement
* Support occupancy growth and business development objectives
* Develop and mentor management teams
* Ensure services consistently deliver outstanding care and outcomes
About You
* Proven senior leadership experience within children's residential care
* Strong working knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and regulatory standards
* Track record of managing multiple homes/services
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Children & Young People) or equivalent
* Full UK driving licence
