With a growing portfolio of low-carbon and retrofit projects, they are now looking to expand their electrical team to meet increasing demand. Role Overview: We are recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor to join our client's expanding operations team. This role is central to the delivery of electrical works across a range of domestic and commercial renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical installation experience, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive, safety-first approach. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate electrical teams on-site across retrofit and renewable energy projects Ensure all work meets compliance, safety, and quality standards Conduct site inspections and manage day-to-day electrical operations Liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery Troubleshoot and support on technical installations where required Keep accurate records, reports, and certification documentation Promote and maintain health and safety procedures across all works Requirements: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) Valid ECS or CSCS card 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) Experience supervising or leading electrical teams (ideally in renewables or retrofit) Strong knowledge of domestic and commercial electrical systems Full UK driving licence (van and fuel card provided) Excellent communication and organisational skills What's On Offer: Salary from £45,000 depending on experience Company van and fuel card Flexible hybrid working (discussed at interview) Work on innovative, energy-efficient projects in a growing sector Ongoing career progression and training opportunities This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking company, leading the transition to cleaner energy across the Northwest.
