What You Will Do: Manage a defined caseload using specialist knowledge and advanced clinical reasoning to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care programs for children and families. Engage actively in holistic assessment and treatment of young people presenting with mental health challenges and those at risk of or having attempted self-harm. Liaise with other professionals and agencies to ensure comprehensive care around the young person and their families, enhancing communication for integrated support.
