As part of the wider Project team, the Report Coordinator will manage, compile, and deliver timely and accurate reports across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will act as the key liaison between teams, ensuring effective communication, consistency in data presentation, and adherence to deadlines What you'll be doing As a Report Coordinator, you'll have the following accountabilities; Compile, organise, and format reports based on stakeholders inputs and needs/ Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in all reports before submission Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather necessary information and updates for reports. Manage report schedules, ensuring timely delivery to stakeholders or clients. Analyse reporting processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. Maintain a database of past reports for reference and auditing purposes. Work collaboratively with various teams to address questions or feedback related to reports.
