Job Title: Dental Nurse (Trainee or Qualified)
Hours: Monday – Thursday 9:00am–6:00pm, Friday 9:00am–4:30pm
About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and professional Dental Nurse to join our growing practice. This position is open to both qualified dental nurses and trainees looking to develop their career in a supportive environment.
As a key member of our team, you will assist clinicians in delivering excellent patient care, ensure smooth day-to-day running of the surgery, and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients. In addition, you will play a role in our online presence by being comfortable engaging with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to help promote treatments and showcase the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide chairside support to dentists and hygienists during clinical procedures
* Maintain a clean, safe, and well-prepared surgery environment in line with cross-infection protocols
* Prepare instruments, materials, and equipment as required
* Support patients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for
* Manage time effectively to ensure smooth appointment flow
* Assist with reception duties when required, including booking appointments and handling enquiries
* Participate in creating social media content to promote treatments and the practice in a professional and engaging way

Requirements:
* Qualified Dental Nurse (GDC registered) OR Trainee Dental Nurse enrolled on/looking to start an approved training programme
* Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology (advantageous, but training provided for trainees)
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control and patient care
