We’re hiring for a Sales Coordinator to join a growing company based in Glossop. If you’re commercially minded and confident in managing customer relationships, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in the company’s continued expansion. What’s on offer? * £30,000 - £32,000 per year * Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm * 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays) * Bonus scheme * Access to private health care * Annual shut down period What will you be doing as a Sales Coordinator? * Managing incoming sales enquiries via phone and email * Building and developing strong relationships with existing and new customers * Updating the CRM system and organising your day with. task management * Identifying opportunities to increase sales, including upselling new products or securing new customers * Issuing accurate and timely quotations, negotiating prices and delivery terms * Gaining a clear understanding of customer needs and tailoring your approach * Monitoring order pipelines and coordinating closely with the admin team on existing orders * Attending internal sales meetings and contributing to wider business initiatives What do you need? * Previous sales experience * Previous customer service experience * Familiarity with order processing Apply today or speak with Jack Kitchin at KPJ Group for more information between 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday.
